2025 Annual Report
Dear Friends, Supporters, and Community Partners,
As I reflect on 2025, I am proud and grateful for what we have accomplished together at Family Promise of Ozaukee County. This year has been one of meaningful growth, strengthened partnerships, and measurable impact in our shared mission to prevent and end homelessness in our community.
One of the most significant highlights of the year was being honored with the Ozaukee Impact Community Collaboration of the Year Award alongside Kohler Credit Union. This recognition is a testament to the power of partnership and the incredible outcomes that are possible when organizations come together with a shared purpose.
In 2025, we also deepened our commitment to holistic care by developing a behavioral health referral partnership with Ozaukee County Human Services’ Behavioral Health Division. This collaboration ensures that the families we serve have access not only to housing support, but also to critical mental health resources—an essential component of long-term stability.
This year also marked a major milestone: the 10th anniversary of Family Promise of Ozaukee County. Over the past decade, we have grown from a small network of compassionate volunteers into a comprehensive support system for families facing housing insecurity. This anniversary was not only a time to celebrate, but also to recommit ourselves to the work ahead.
None of this work would be possible without you—our donors, volunteers, partners, and advocates. Your generosity and commitment make it possible for families in Ozaukee County to find stability, dignity, and a path forward.”
The numbers tell a powerful story of impact:
748 unique calls were received through our Housing Hotline, representing hundreds of individuals seeking guidance, support, and hope.
100 households (282 individuals) were served through our Eviction Prevention Program, with over $200,000 provided to help families remain safely housed.
49 households (91 individuals) found refuge through our Portlight Shelter Program.
25 households (72 individuals) were supported through our Stabilization Program.
18 households (49 individuals) were served through our Rapid Rehousing Program, helping families transition back into permanent housing.
Behind each of these numbers is a story—of resilience, courage, and the life-changing impact of community support.
As we look to the next ten years, we remain steadfast in our mission and optimistic about what we can achieve together. Thank you for being an essential part of this journey.
